Here is a money saving idea.  I have very, very, very dry skin and nothing I did helped much.  I got rough, dry patches on my elbows.  So one day I throw all my skin car products together and it came out great. It is a little greasy, and messy so you may want to wear it at night but it works for me.  Here is the recipe:  take some Petrolum jelly, glyceyl, ( found in the drug store or first aid department), mineral oil or vegetable oil and some dry skin lotion ( I got the last bottle I used at the $1.00 store), mix and add some favorite fragrance if you want.  It really works.  Try adding a little black pepper, red pepper, and chilli pepper.  It makes the blood vessels dilulates, at least that is what I think.  It makes me want sex. But be very, very, very, careful around your eyes and lips as it can burn.  Give it a try and let me know.   Be careful and use only a little only and if you don't feel the burn try a little bit more.  I have only used this on my skin, not internal or on any mucous memebranes.  I do not advise using it on those places.  I don't want you going to the doctors.

Here is a crafty idea.  Take your drink holders from the fast food places and paint it.  My absored most of the paint and so it just has a hint of the white paint I put on it.  I than took some of those rub off transfer you find at the craft store. Mine was small ivy.  I than took polyurethane and coated it.  after it was dried I found some number "0" s in a $1.00 store and lashed one on each side with cord for  handles.  Now you can use it as a serving tray for drinks or put candy or candles in it.  If you use candles make sure they are in another object so they do not catch the tray on fire, unless the candles are just for decorations, never to be lit.  Fancy glasses in match motiff would look good.  have fun and recycle.

here is a craft idea i am doing.  I am sewing clear sequins around the neckline and cuffs of a knit bloues.  It makes it shiney.

while walking around the apartment complex i found some christmas paper still on rolls.  I am going to use it to wrap one present for a young girl.  The rest of the presents I am wrapping in fabric because the person and his wife I am giving it to is very crafty.  I made a lap quilt using remenants from the department store.  I took two pieces and sew batting in between them.

I got some of the gifts from thrift stores and consignment shops. The three shirts I brought for my brother looked liked no one wore them.  In fact I got one still with the orginal tag on it.  The M&M dispenser I got at Goodwill.  I washed it up and it looks as good as new.  The musical snowglobe I got at a consignment shop.  I wiped it off and put it back in the orginal box that came with it. I would never ever buy something that looks old and worn out.

I found a very cheap jewerly store.  They just opened up.  They were just saleing to business but they decided to sale to the public.  The prices are really reasonable.  I am not talking about diamond or precious stones but who needs jewerly that you have to take a bodyguard.  Fake is just as pretty as real.  I don't have to worry about people breaking in to steal my jewerly or some guy at the jewerly store exchanging your real diamond for a cz.  It has been done.  Once it was on Oprah and once someone told a person he was dating that this is what he did to his ex-wife's ring before they broke up.
